Hi, I’m Dave.
I’m here to share some of my food finds, my travel finds, and my thoughts.
My story isn’t much different than most, except I am a British-born, US citizen, with an Indian background.
As an immigrant, I discovered a lot of things in the United States later in life. I am not ashamed of that.
My first burger was when I was 8. I didn’t know sushi until I was 23. My first Korean BBQ was when I was closer to 30.
I’ve had quite the journey, and it continues to wind down a unique path.

Professional Bio
With two decades of experience under my belt, I have worked with some of the world’s most recognizable brands & campaigns including Starbucks, got milk?, Samuel Adams, Wynn, Hakkasan & Wolfgang Puck.
I have also worked with some of Las Vegas’ best-known restaurants, and some have earned national honors including being named to Thrillist’s “Best New Restaurants” list.
My extensive background is in marketing, but along the way, I’ve gained valuable experience in public relations, photography, creative production, and retail marketing.
One of my most powerful skills is to identify a need and build a solution around it.
A fun fact about myself: in high school, I helped design, market, and sell a dental hygiene product that was featured (and subsequently sold out) on QVC.
I’m proud to say that I went to the University of Utah. Go Utes!
